Payment Terms
Co-pays, coinsurances, and deductibles must be paid before services are rendered and will be billed to the credit card on file. Cash-paying patients without insurance must also make payment prior to their visit.
Billing and Payments
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards as forms of payment. We are in-network with select insurances and are in the application process with other major health insurances. Our fees are subject to change periodically. In the event of fee increases, you will receive a 30-day notice.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: $250

Follow-Up Re-Evaluations / Medication Management: $200

Follow-Up Medication Management / Medication Changes Visit: $150

Follow-Up Appointments: $100

Supportive Psychotherapy Appointments: $125

New Patient Appointments: $150
Additional Service Fees: (Not billable to insurance)

Medical Records Preparation (Paper Copy): $25 flat fee

Emotional Support Animal Letter / Academic or Work Accommodations Letters: $50 flat fee

Disability Forms / Paperwork: $50 to $150 for each submission

Court Hearings or Appearances Fees: (Not billable to insurance)

Court Hearings (Up to 4 hours): $500 (payable before court appearance)

Each Additional 4-Hour Increment: $500
